YOUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS AS A CANDIDATE

It all starts with a targeted approach and a specific job spec from us. We have read your CV or your online profile or maybe you were recommended by friend. Whatever the case, we only contact you when we are sure that a particular position could suit you. And if you tell us to leave you alone, we will.

We then have a detailed conversation with you because we are really interested in your skills and strengths, your career expectations and most importantly who you are as a person. We tell you everything we know about the company, the products or services, the actual position and its responsibilities and future prospects, the salary package, and anything else you should know.

Your application documents will be presented directly to the company’s key decision makers and senior management. It is those people who wrote the job spec, who are responsible for the hiring decision and who you will be working with. NOT someone far away across the ocean as part of an outsourced HR function who blindly forwards your CV without understanding it. And probably to the wrong people, too.

And we don’t just email a piece of paper. We present and represent you as an individual, clearly highlighting your relevant experience, your goals and career expectations, and why we believe you are the right person for that role!

YOUR INTERVIEW

We give you a full briefing prior to any meeting, telephone or personal interview you will have directly with the company. We take great care in this stage of the process, so that you know exactly the purpose and the goal of the interview, the people you meet, and what happens next. You will be fully informed and prepared. No surprises means you can be confident, and concentrate on the important things like presenting yourself and your ideas as well as getting a really good feel for the role, the company and its people. We do the same briefing with the managers you’ll be seeing, so they know exactly who they are about to meet.

YOUR JOB OFFER

We accompany you right from the start all the way to the finish line, as much or as little as you like. And when it finally comes to a job offer and exchanging contracts, we are right behind you. With guidance and advice regarding remuneration package, employment details and law, notice period, start date or anything else that is important to you. Our ultimate goal is for you and everybody included to come to a successful agreement; no tears and no regrets later! We assure you that all communication and negotiation between you, the client and us is done in the most respectful, professional and positive manner.
